Our restaurant offers modern Scottish cooking in a relaxed environment with friendly, attentive service.  

 

In summer you can enjoy the long, light evenings from our conservatory restaurant as you watch red squirrels play in the walled gardens.  

 

In winter, cosy up with candlelit dinners and log fires in the dining room.

 

Whatever the season you can be assured of excellent food, freshly prepared using seasonal and locally produced ingredients.  

 

All of our chicken and eggs are free range, from local farmers.  Our beef is from certified Aberdeen Angus herds and pork is from local, rare-breed, free-range pigs.

 

Game is sourced via Braehead Foods from Scottish estates.   

Our own kitchen garden provides many of the herbs, fruit and vegetables that are used.
