Welcome to the Deeside Hotel, a small, personally run hotel nestling in the stunning surroundings of the Cairngorm National Park.
The owners, Gordon and Penella, have maintained the character and ambience of the original Victorian house. The entrance hall has its original pitch pine staircase overlooked by a Royal stag’s head from the Glenlivet estate. The welcoming lounge, complete with tartan carpet and Chesterfield sofas, is the ideal place to relax after dinner in front of the log fire. Or you can browse our wide selection of books in the library with a complementary tea or coffee and Scottish biscuits.
Dining is based on the seasons, both in terms of ambience and menu. In the summer guests breakfast and dine in the light and airy conservatory, overlooking our lovely walled garden and enjoy fresh herbs and soft fruit from the garden. In the winter our candlelit restaurant is warmed by open log fires and the menu offers Scottish game, warming soups and puddings.
